Error message: This card not associated to register in Lounge Key Application
Solution1: Make sure there no blank space entered at the beginning, between number or at the end.
Solution2: Ask the customer to register through the website (https://www.loungekey.com/visamena)
Solution3: Raise the issue to Customer Service (Customerservice@soharinternational.com)
Error message: “sorry there is a payment card associated with this account”
Solution 1: Choose the option “do not have an account” and follow the steps. If no email received follow the below.
Solution 2: Raise the issue to Customer Service (Customerservice@soharinternational.com)
Solution 1: Check if the card is eligible for guest lounge access.
Solution 2: Ask the customer to check in LoungeKey website / App if he is eligible to access the lounge (instructions are shared in the service document)
Solution 3: Check if the customer meets the requirement of the minimum 1$ spend on International transaction.
Solution 4: Raise the issue to Customer Service (Customerservice@soharinternational.com)
Solution1: Ask the customer to register in LoungeKey website / App and get the barcode (instructions are shared in the service document)
Note: Some lounges may ask for the barcode to verify the eligibility of the guest access
Solution2: Identify yourself as a “LoungeKey Member” So customer should say
(e.g. "I'm a LoungeKey member and would like to enter")
